Sarah Corn

Sarah Corn is a museum professional with over 16 years experience in the sector enabling museums to become strong, healthy and vibrant organisations. She has worked with varied museum services of different shapes, sizes, collections and governance models through her previous roles at the South East Museum Development Programme and in her Curatorial positions, most recently at Egham Museum in Surrey. She is currently Director of the Old Operating Theatre Museum & Herb Garret in London, Europe's oldest surgical operating theatre, and is a founding Trustee of '@ the Lit' in Egham, a brand new cultural community hub being created for the benefit of the town.

Sarah first engaged with the Maltings through the Museum of Farnham and soon saw first hand the wonderful breadth and depth Farnham Maltings offered across all its work, including the Museum. A cultural centre with people at its heart that not only produces high quality work with national and international appeal, but also contributes immensely to the lives of the local community, are values she was immediately drawn to and is passionate about supporting.
