Cowgirlblues is a small yarn company based in Cape Town, South Africa. They use top quality South African merino wool and mohair that is mulesing-free.

All yarns are hand dyed by their very capable team of eleven women. The colours they create are fresh and light, reflecting the unique local landscape and Cape Floral kingdom.

Personal contact is really important to them, and their yarns are handled, touched, held, worked, softened and coaxed into their final form.
