Join award-winning local novelist and therapist Joanna Barnard to explore how writing creatively can benefit your mental and emotional wellbeing. With exercises incorporating different styles of writing including journaling, poetry and short stories.
Suitable for adults of all ages and experiences. A series of six workshops, held fortnightly.
