Join award-winning local novelist and therapist Joanna Barnard on Monday evenings to explore how writing creatively can benefit your mental and emotional wellbeing. With exercises incorporating different styles of writing including journaling, poetry and short stories.

A series of six workshops, running 16 & 23 May, 06 & 20 & 27 June, 04 July
