This session is all about getting to know the range and beauty of yarns that are available from the sheep of the British Isles. If you want to try something a bit different but want to know your woollen spun from your worsted and your crimp from your lustre this is the class for you. You will be given a box of samples from a range of yarns and invited to experiment with them and make your own assessment under the guidance of self confessed wool geek Jane Lithgow.
Participants need to have the ability to knit or crochet.
