Sadly, Nick’s whole tour has been cancelled due to serious illness, and he passes on his apologies for the disappointment caused to his young fans.
Join this much-loved children's writer and illustrator in a family-friendly, fun filled draw-along for all ages. He’ll be sketching fab characters from his very latest stories and you’ll get to draw along with him. Whether it’s spectacular space aliens, funny fairy-tale folk or extraordinary elephants, you’ll have a whale of a time!
Nick has illustrated close to 300 books, including Nick’s much-loved You Choose, Shark in the Park and Pants. He’s worked with authors including Julia Donaldson, Michael Rosen and Kes Gray, and he’s also the illustrator of Dame Jacqueline Wilson’s phenomenally popular children’s novels. Nick’s been awarded a Gold Blue Peter Badge too! Bring pencils, paper and something to lean on and expect plenty of chances to join in.

As a kid I adored Jacqueline Wilson books that Nick illustrated, from Tracy Beaker to Girls Under Pressure and, of course, The Lottie Project. I'm excited to be able to learn to draw some of my favourite childhood characters as well as those from Nick’s own books, like Monday Run-Day. I can’t wait to grab a notebook and I really hope you join me!
