Discover the power of mindfulness as you connect with your inner self through each brushstroke. Learn to paint with intention, focusing on the present moment, and allowing your emotions to flow onto the paper. We will start with a 30 min guided meditation, followed by a 45 min watercolour painting session, and leave space at the end for sharing, reflection and any question that might come up.

Suitable for any skill level, it’s a very easy practice that anyone can enjoy, even if you’re a complete beginner.
