Angela will teach you how to make your own unique notebook using the non-adhesive, multi-sectioned, long-stitched method of book binding. This technique can incorporate a variety of paper types which could include graph, tracing, cartridge, lined and watercolour papers. The cover will be made from handmade Indian Khadi paper with an exposed stitched spine. She uses this method in her own work producing unique artist's books from her lino cuts and collagraph prints adding text by writers such as Charles Darwin, Nan Shepherd and Monty Don.
