All workshops include entry to the festival of crafts

Make your own unique contemporary soft cover notebook using Khadi Indian handmade paper and decorative ribbons to secure.  Handmade and hand-stitched, learn traditional book binding skills and leave with a finished item. This taster session provides a perfect opportunity to learn the principals behind the craft and gain the knowledge to experiment with book binding at home.

Tutor: Angela Thames

Angela Thames graduated from UCA Farnham in 2006 with a degree in Fine Art. Her current practice is as a printmaker and maker of artists books, which she prints and hand binds, using traditional or digital printing methods adding her own or appropriated text from poems, books or articles.
