Part of our Virtual Workshops Pilot Project – this workshop is being delivered virtually via Zoom to allow participants to join in from the comfort of their own homes. The Zoom meeting link and pre-workshop worksheet will be sent to participants the week before the workshop. Please note that this workshop is aimed at makers and creative small business owners. Space is limited to 10 participants.

E-commerce for Makers is designed for makers who are thinking about starting selling online, making the jump from a Etsy shop to a dedicated online store, or switching from an existing website.

You'll identify the features that you do – and don't – need on your new e-commerce site. We'll explore the wide variety of available options, and you'll learn how to compare them on essentials like cost, security and ease of use.

After the first session you'll go away to test out your shortlist, and in the second session we'll discuss what you've learned, look at making a final decision, and discuss your next steps.

Format:

  • One pre-workshop worksheet
  • One 120 minute Zoom session
  • A two week break for you to try out some options
  • One 90 minute follow up Zoom session

Date: 26 June 2020 – the follow up Zoom session is scheduled for 10 July at 2pm

Time: 2pm – 4pm

Workshop Fee: £25

Your Tutor:
