At this event, Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo will guide us through meditation practices that open our heart to deeper levels of happiness.

She will use the instructions from the much loved text, Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso which reveal essential methods for transforming life's challenges into positive states of mind. This profound and practical wisdom will help us find greater peace, joy and well-being. We will be able to take home methods we can use to add extra meaning to the busy chaos of modern living.

The event will include:

  • 2 sessions and a refreshment break
  • Simple guided meditations that can be reproduced at home
  • Practical instructions for a happy life
  • Opportunity to ask the teacher questions during the break
