all you need to know to enjoy your visit to thread

thread is our annual festival for sewists and fabric lovers. Join us to celebrate all things textiles. Enjoy a curated marketplace and meet textile producers, yarn purveyors, textile artists and makers. Browse artisan fabrics, haberdashery treats and unique handcrafted work.

Learn from the experts, try new techniques & enjoy a varied programme of workshops.

This year we are excited to present thread in a hybrid in-person/virtual format for the first time. Our virtual programme will include additional exhibitors and workshops as well as talks, social events, and more.
