Deputy Bar & Catering Manager (37.5 hrs/wk)
We are seeking a Deputy Bar & Catering Manager to assist our Deputy General Manager (Bars & Catering). You will be responsible for the day to day running of our café, stock ordering, staff rotas, stock rotation, cleaning, bar management and cash management amongst other things.
This is a customer facing role, and excellent customer service is paramount. If you have a strong work ethic, you’re a team player, have a friendly approachable manner and the appropriate experience then this is the position for you.
In addition to salary we offer staff discount, free parking and other benefits. We close for Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year.
Salary: £19,500 p.a.

We are seeking a skilled chef to join our team on a casual basis.
You will assist our Head Chef by producing food to our high standards. You must be a team player, be able to work under pressure or be able to work alone. If you have a passion for freshly cooked food using local suppliers we’d like to hear from you.
Hours: Casual (to be agreed by electronic rota two weeks in advance)
Rate: £10.65 per hour
